Turkey Tacos Topped with Kefir

Our family just loves tacos. It's such an easy, healthy quick dinner, which also works well for left overs. We enjoy topping ours with kefir to add probiotics and a lower fat substitution for sour cream. Although adding kefir to this dish may sound strange, it's light and delicious. Directions:

Brown 1 lb. dark organic turkey meat, season with garlic powder and sea salt, drain fat. Add to tortilla, we love sprouted corn tortillas by food for life (www.foodforlife.com
Add: 
- Chopped lettuce
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped onions
- Sliced avocado
