We are going to go on a road trip and I definitely will be using some of those ideas. I ordered some sweetie cakes so I think I might spread the jam on those. I have recently started looking for healthier alternatives for my baking and I plan to pass this knowledge and research on to my friends and loved ones, and what better way to do this than to make them up a batch of organic whole wheat fingerprint cookies using a dollop of these healthy jams in the center! I figure since they are from my kitchen they will just dig in.... end up loving them and wholla .... they then find out that they have just consumed something that was actually healthy for them! I will also be including the recipe and the information as to where they to can find these Jams!!! Happy Holidays to everyone!! :)
