Cupcakes are Environmentally Friendlier

Making cupcakes is environmentally friendlier. Think about all the paper plates and plastic forks you’ll save versus serving a cake. We love cupcakes also because they are a great way to control serving size. We enjoy using a mini cupcake baking pan especially when serving children. Our favorite cupcakes in the whole world are from a company called Sweetie Cakes Co. When my child turned one I searched everywhere to serve him a birthday cake I could feel good about. I found Sweetie Cakes Co, and life became easier in this department. The Company was started by a woman who is allergic to eggs, dairy, wheat, peanuts and almonds. She makes amazing vegan, fair trade, organic baking and frosting mixes, all you need to add to most of them is water and oil, and wah-lah!! They are free of Gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, eggs, MSG, and some without even cane sugar.  Our favorites are her Gluten Free; cane Sugar free Chocolate Ganache and also the GF SF Greek Spice Mix. They have always been a BIG hit at our parties and I also bring them to my son’s preschool when they have celebrations. Kids gobble them right up, and it feels so good to know they are not being filled with sugar, chemicals, and harmful oils. We are sure you’ll be hooked once you try these.
